YOUNIK Care was created for women who want more than just services. Women who want to be seen, heard, and supported in ways that feel real.
We started by listening. Again and again, we heard from women who felt rushed, unseen, or simply not understood. We knew care could be different. So we built something warmer, slower, and more human — where connection comes first.
At YOUNIK Care, we support women aged 25 to 65 across Sydney’s South-Eastern Suburbs with personalised, high-quality care. Here, you’re never a task or a time slot. You’re a whole person — with your own rhythm, your own story, and a life that matters.
We’re a women-led, heart-led team. Small by design, so we can build genuine relationships and offer thoughtful, consistent care.
We walk beside you — to understand your needs, honour your individuality, and gently support your steps toward the life you want to live.

How We Can Help
We offer in-home, community-based, and nursing support tailored to your lifestyle
— whether it's a little extra help with the day-to-day, company for appointments,
or professional clinical care.
We work exclusively with women to create an environment that feels
safe, calm, and respectful. Our team includes both qualified support workers and
experienced nurses — all women, all committed to your wellbeing.
For Core Supports (Assistance with Daily Life), we offer a minimum of 3 hours per shift,
so there's time for thoughtful care, presence, and conversation — not just checklists.
